Journalist Award for SILICON VALLEY REVOLUTION

Very proud to announce that my documentary  SILICON VALLEY REVOLUTION  has won the Journalist Award Computer Science 2017  (Saarbrucken, Germany) in the Television category. 

From the jury statement: “This documentary covers the beginnings of the PC era by portraying the people who contributed to it. In this way, the film not only arouses emotions, but also reveals political and social cross-references. It also conveys the idealism that drove these people back then. In terms of craftsmanship, the film convinces through a consistent imagery, good music selection and cinematically high quality picture design. Especially the imagery and the selection of music make the work a pleasure. The film should therefore be kept and displayed in museums to document what used to be the foundation of digitization. “
